Snowshoes and cross-country ski rental
We rent all cross-country
skiing gear for intermediate skiers and
beginners in the winter time. Part of the gear are ski + ski poles
+ shoes. We can wax your ski too. If you wish we recomend suitable
track and equip you with a map.
We have our own scooter and together with our cooperaters we regularly fix the cross-country tracks. The tracks are together about 30km long and lead around Kašperské Hory. The tracks start 250 m from our hotel. They go through village Nicov where they connect the Churáňov trucks (during good snow conditions).
We update snow reports from central Šumava and also from bavarian Grosser Arber every morning.

Our news for this winter are two pairs of snowshoes Sasquetsch. They are light and high quality made for your comfortable walking. Find the magic of pure and untouched winter nature by walking through places where noone else can get without snowshoes. We can recomend good tracks.
We rent our cross-country ski and snowshoes to our hotelguests only, therefore we can guarantee good conditions.
You can book those equipments in
advace- by making reservation or later during your stay. There is a
need to book ski or snowshoes at least one day
before.
