Infrared cabin

"Sauna" in the infrared cabin is based on the principle of emission of infrared radiation, special ceramic emitters, which patented dr. Tadaschi Ishikawa in Japan in 1965. This infrared radiation warms the body deep into the muscle tissue and the intense sweating and occurs at a temperature around 50 ° C in an environment that does not burden. Throughout their stay in the cabin breathing air at 20 to 55 ° C, because 80-90% of the emitted heat absorbed by your body and only the remainder is dissipated into the cabin. This is a fundamental difference between classical and infra sauna.

Infrared system enables heating of the body in the right clothes, such as the increased physical exertion, before demanding sport performance or just before going into cold weather. Perfect example is the release of the massage (just warming up here in the length of 5-10 minutes).

Sauna and children

The lower age limit for children's sauna is not precisely defined, but we can say that it is a time when children already have a stable temperature regulation - which is usually around the third year, but may be earlier, depending also on the ability to express their feelings verbally - from 2 year of the child.

Children heat up faster due to the fact that they have different body surface area than adults. Length of stay for children in the infra warming is set to half the time than an adult should not exceed the period of stay in Heating Rooms greater than 10-20min. (With the gradual method: 1 visit 6-8 min. 2nd visit 8-10.min., 3 n.10-12min. Etc.) It should be noted that the sauna is an individual experience, and therefore, each individual (the smallest) to try and find himself the most appropriate way. It should be emphasized that not everyone has to conform to the sauna, so they should not force children to remain in Heating Rooms longer to make their own determination - even if it was just 1 minute!

Our infrared cabin is equipped with CD player and available for families with children as fairy tales, where each takes up to 10 minutes and will certainly stay in the sauna sweeten your children!

For children aged 3 years and older is recommended that the air temperature in the infrared Heating Rooms around 35-50C. The ideal time is in the morning before lunch or at night. If you place your sauna just by this time, the child is calm and pleasant tunes, and then will sleep better.
