Accommodation prices
When you consult our prices, note
that prices do not include accommodation only, but also
many other services:
- accommodation in modernly furnished studio with private bathroom, TV and kitchenette (kettle, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, cooker, dishes and utensils) with dining area
- rich breakfast buffet including a selection of cereals and fresh fruits and vegetables
- unlimited use of fitness room
- if you stay for 2 or more nights per week you can use 1 hour in wellness center with sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath (bath is suitable for small babies, diapers for swimming can be purchased at reception)
- board games for children and adults, books
- for young children FREE cots, chairs, tubs for bathing
- for relaxation: a closed courtyard with a swing and sitting area, a relaxing garden with seating and barbecue
- washing machine available
- You can use our dining room / living room - there is large-screen TV, VCR, DVD (films for children and adults available at the reception)
- tourist information service at the reception: given the small number of rooms in the hotel, we have time to devote to you and offer you many additional services, for example, we will recommend the best trip or program according to your wishes (you can choose from a menu prepared to plan trips)

| Notes: Weekly stays can be booked from Sunday to Sunday (or Friday to Friday). Start or end your stay on Saturday is not possible. Surcharge for single room in season 1 to 4 is 500 CZK per night. Surcharge for single room in season 5 is 400 CZK per night. Early booking and full payment for the stay in advance: you can also get early booking bargain price, which of course applies to all services listed above.
Early booking price is valid for all bookings except Easter and New Year's visits, which are paid in full within 21 days from the reservation, no later than 90 days before the first day of stay. Minimum stay 3 nights.
Early booking price does not stay with the program and stays with the program for children.
Cancellation
insurance - we meet the families with children
As one of the few hotels we can offer a multi-arranging travel insurance for cancellation of residence and responsibility for the damage caused - either directly when booking. Detailed information in the section of insurance cancellations.

OTHER:
Stay with pets is NOT POSSIBLE (dogs, cats).
But we offer a compromise to stay with "decently behaved dog" but only in the studio No. 15 (with separate entrance from the courtyard hotel, with great fibrillation) and ONLY by prior arrangement with the hotel reception, at the cost of CZK 300 per day.
